Day 188- Candle

6 July 2012- We went out to an Indian buffet for J's last night.  All i managed to take a picture of was this candle.

Day 187- View from a moving car

I have wanted to take a picture of the landscape viewed from Cunningham's gap for the better part of a decade.  THe problem is it's a narrow two lane "highway"with little in the way of shoulder (and large chunk of that fell off a couple years ago) and nowhere to stop that has a view.  Solution- burst shots from the new camera.   There a lot of blurry shots of trees and road signs for this one- which still isn't the best.

Day 186- Bird

4 July 2012- Sometimes living in Australia brings about moments that are hard to believe. There were about 20 of these birds just hanging out in the trees here. Yes, the owner was encouraging them to do so by providing food, but these are wild birds!  Not something you see everyday in the USA or UK. In all fairness, Australians are often amazed/gobsmacked by things like rabbits or squirrels.  Squirrels don't exist here, and I don't think anyone was silly enough to try and import them.

Day 185- Stanthorpe

3 July 2012- We went to Stanthorpe for a few days- here G is taking a picture of J at Quart Pot Creek, in the centre of town.

Day 183- Suitcase markets

1 July 2012- Second time at these, and much better than the first.  Actually sold quite a bit, and found some nice stuff.  Having camp chairs definitely helped!

Day 179- Yoga pillows

27 June 2012- Pilates class.  The gym is currently in an old mall (very old and odd) taking up various shop areas, while the rebuild goes on.  The yoga pillows piled in a storeroom, waiting for the next class

27 June 2012- We went to see a movie, and were waiting for the third person to show up.
