Day 70- In the garden

10 March 2012- We went and picked up a few basil plants, and some tomato plants.  Looking at these pictures ten days later, it's amazing how much these plants have grown, despite grasshopper predations.Guess all that rain is good for something!

Day 155- A novel experience

4 June 2011- I took a lot of photos in Stanthorpe, but this one is the one becuase it is somehting I never see in Brisbane. There are no native decidous trees in Australia, and the imported ones do not have the same cycle in sub-tropical Brisbane. So no beautiful autumn leaves here. I miss them, and I miss the smell in autumn of many leaves changing and falling to the ground. Pretty exciting just to spot them!

Day 42- Half moon

11 February 2011 - It's not easy to get a decent moon photograph. I think this is one of those things I may actually need a DLSR for.
