3 May 2011- A chance perusal of The Pioneer Woman led to a discovery of the chicken fried steak recipe. This is a delicacy pretty much unknown in Australia (hmm, wonder why), so I was enthusiastic about trying. This is the flour for coating the outside. Sadly, the experiment was not an unqualified success. I don't think G is convinced on the merits of this dish.
