28 January 2012- We bought two trays of peaches from a fruit shop, with the intention of making some jam. It turned out to be a bit more than we thought- two batches of jam, a peach cake and grilled peaches, and we still had to throw half a tray away because the peaches went bad after a few days! The peach jam recipe is the Maggie Beer one from the cook and the chef.
